2020 Census information will be used to allocate federal services to the tribe
Governor Steve Bullock today joined Little Shell Tribe of Chippewa Indians leaders at their tribal headquarters in Great Falls to help prepare for the 2020 Census. For the first time in the history of the decennial Census, the Little Shell Tribe, after becoming federally recognized, is eligible to be accurately counted and have access to federal dollars for education, health care, and community planning.
