WELCOME RECEPTION - $3,500

The welcome reception opens the conference with entertainment and fun.

  • Full-page Ad in the conference agenda book 
  • Logo displayed on-screen, run of site during conference
  • Promotional display/booth at the Bert Mooney Airport
  • Additional complimentary conference registration
  • Opportunity to distribute branded items as gifts for attendees at the Welcome Reception

REGISTRATION BAG - $5,000

At registration, attendees will receive a canvas tote bag branded with the sponsor's logo. The sponsor may choose to pre-stuff the bag with printed material (such as a brochure or postcard no larger than 8.5" x 11") or a small branded item (such as a key chain or pen).


MONTANA TOURISM AWARDS BANQUET - $5,000

Always a highlight of the conference, the Montana Tourism Awards banquet celebrates the best of Montana tourism.

At registration, attendees will receive a name badge neck wallet branded with the sponsor's logo.

Three keynote speakers headline the agenda and present to all attendees.

MOBILE APP - $1,500

The mobile app is an interactive companion to the printed agenda and will be promoted before and during the conference. The sponsor will receive a complimentary exhibit space and premium placement near the registration desk.


REGISTRATION DESK - $1,500

Be the first sponsor attendees see by sponsoring the registration desk. The sponsor's logo will be displayed on signage.


BREAKOUT SESSION TRACK (3 Available) - $1,000

Highlight your area of expertise by sponsoring a breakout session track (Experience, Marketing, Trends).

  • Logo displayed on-screen before presentation at each breakout session of the track
  • 3-5 minutes to speak or play a video at the first breakout session of the track
  • Promotion on the conference app YAPP; presentation materials pre-loaded, promotional video, social media and more

FIRST-TIME ATTENDEES "PRECEPTION" - $750

The First-Time Attendees "Preception" is a special event that’s exclusive to first-time conference attendees (in 2017, approximately 41% of all conference attendees) and provides an exclusive networking opportunity.

EXHIBIT BREAK (4 Available) - $500

Four 30-minute exhibit breaks will be scheduled through the conference.

  • Acknowledgement from the podium before and after the break

REFRESHMENT STATIONS - $500

Help attendees to be caffeinated and hydrated by sponsoring the coffee/water stations set up around the conference. The sponsor's logo will be displayed on signage at every station. Sponsors will be promoted on conference app YAPP.

REGISTRATION BAG INSERT (6 Available) - $150

The sponsor may choose printed material (such as a brochure or postcard no larger than 8.5" x 11") or a small branded item (such as a key chain or pen) to be pre-stuffed into the canvas tote bag attendees will receive at registration. The sponsor is responsible for providing the printed material/small branded item.
